Large cane-bottomed armchair nicely carved with shells and acanthus leaves. Slightly warped flat backrest. Originally planned with a spacer, this attractive seat is perfect for use as an office chair. Caning in perfect condition covered with a comfortable slab. Beech wood. France, circa 1720 - 1730.
