5-light Bouquet Of Flowers Floor Lamp By Hans Kogl, Maison Jansen, Hollywood Regency

Spectacular floor lamp by German designer Hans Kogl for the Jansen house, dating from the 1960s-70s, representing a lush bouquet of white and gold flowers (similar to edelweiss), in pure Hollywood Regency style. This model was seen in the television series The Crown. The bouquet light is composed of 10 blooming flowers, in cream white lacquered metal on golden stems, and 5 lights in the center of flower buds in patinated old gold-coloured metal, all emerging above foliage of the same tone. The base is in gilded wood surrounded by a crown of old gold gilt metal leaves. The white lacquer of the flowers is in perfect condition. Some small wear to the gilding in places (nothing abnormal given the age) contribute to the patina of the whole which makes the charm of this vintage floor lamp with its elegant and refined accents. Height about 130 cm, wingspan about 60 cm.
