Ring sizer in gilded bronze depicting Love attacking a greasy pole surmounted by a crown of flowers where 6 suspension hooks for rings or chains are placed. Square base in original green velvet depicting a cushion surrounded by a gilt bronze and openwork brass mount, the angles on four stylized lion feet. Charles X period, France near 1830. Note a foot formerly redone, cf. photo, and welding at the head of the cogagne mast also redone.
