Rare Pair of so-called "confessional" armchairs in carved wood in the Louis XVI style, dating from the beginning of the 20th century. These shepherdesses are richly decorated and sculpted. They rest on two tapered legs of round section, with a floral fall at the front, and by two saber-shaped legs at the back, also carved with floral decoration. The brown, padded velvet upholstery is in good condition. This pair of shepherdesses is in good condition, as is its upholstery. Note some small wear of time.
