Retro Diamond Aquamarine Ring

Tank ring adorned on its top with a rectangular aquamarine retained with 4 large flat claws on either side. The start of the ring forms a pattern like a bow tie each adorned with 2 falling rose-cut diamonds. The profiles of the ring are perforated with arabesque patterns.
