Amusing little chair with a Renaissance style backrest. It rests on four turned and fluted legs, connected to each other by an H-shaped spacer turned into a baluster. The rectangular backrest is embellished with moldings all around, the center of the backrest is entirely carved and openworked with Renaissance motifs. The upholstery, as well as the covering fabric, have been completely redone recently, so the seat is firm and very comfortable. The fabric is beige velvet with a studded finish, all in very good condition.
