Object description :

"Umbrella Holder Simulating A Brass Boot"
Rare umbrella boot simulating a riding boot in polished brass. The boot rests on a blackened wooden base. A zinc receptacle fitted with two rings is inserted inside the boot, thus collecting the water dripping on the umbrellas, like the interiors of planters. The boot is finely curved and an indentation is cut at the top of the upper like riding boots. A beveled heel and a slightly overflowing sole complete the foot.
