Old engagement ring, a true testimony to the past, in 750/1000e (18k) yellow gold and silver "You and Me" type set with imitation stones (a garnet-glass doublet) in bezel setting and claw setting. Engraved inside the ring: April 9, 1899 with the initials FJ and CP on either side.

Hallmarks: swan for silver and owl for gold.
