History of the Civil Gverres of France.
Book of the French civil wars of the 17th century, he bears the family coat of arms of Louis-François Le Fevre Born in 1624, he was a member of the French parliament in 1644. The Sun King Louis XIV appointed him in 1665 Commissioner for the holding of the Great Days of Auvergnat in Clermont.

The book was kept in the family library of the Château de la Fée d'Argouges and descended from the family to the large library of the Château Saint-Ange. The revolution decreed the last descendant Marc-Antoine Le Fevre an immigrant while he was visiting England.

The castle of St Angelo was seized in 1797, and the furniture and the library of more than 3000 volumes were sold. This is one of the surviving books in this library dating back to 1647.
