Elegant Vacheron & Constantin wristwatch in 18Kts/750 yellow gold fitted with the superb P454/5B caliber with central seconds function, Breguet spiral-winding, swan-neck regulator, Côtes de Genève finish, manual winding movement. Silvered dial with applied Roman numerals and indexes, railway minute track, solid 2-piece case with pressed back, full drop handles. The mechanism and the box are signed and numbered, dimensions: 35 mm (excluding crown) x 43 mm (handles included). collector's item in excellent condition and in perfect working order, revised and checked in our workshop; Service: 02/2023, 2 years warranty.
