Large sandstone vase with a beige background, dotted with blue crystallized enamels. The beginning of the crystallized enamel technique dates from the end of the 19th century and was discovered by accident. This crystallization gives a surprisingly beautiful decor, evoking a starry or flowery sky .Used at the time of the ART NOUVEAU. This technique was also used later by the BAHAUS. This type of crystallized enamel was abandoned after the war because it was too uncertain. The baluster-shaped straight neck vase is from the 1930s, its slender size highlights the blue crystallization on a beige background. It is a creation of the Pierrefonds factory. in the Oise, signed FH in the hollow helmet helmet N°460. In good condition.
