Mahogany Semainier Attributed To Molitor - XVIIIth
Pretty semainier in blond mahogany late 18th-early 19th century most certainly from the manufacture of Bernard Molitor (1755 - 1833.) Piece of furniture with cut sides, inlaid with four brass grooves finished with spindle feet and pretty ball-shaped clog. Drop handles, barrel keyhole and cloverleaf lock. St Anne gray marble set in an openwork brass gallery. Fonçure in blond oak. Furniture varnished with a buffer in our workshop.
