Rare Anthropomorphic Bottle Titled Mme Vespétro

Rare polychrome porcelain liqueur bottle titled Mme Vespétro at the base. She Represents a buxom woman with cornetted headdress above a very round face. At her neck, a black velvet cord holding a medallion in the neckline of a pink bodice with rolled up sleeves. A striped skirt is protected by a white apron. At his feet, shoes and not clogs. We are not in the presence of a peasant woman but rather of a woman of well-off condition while being popular. At the base of the statue, one can read. Mme Vespétro The word Vespétro refers to a very old invigorating herbal liqueur, already known in the 18th century.
