Frau Armchair In Leather With Saucer Mod. 1919
1919, by Poltrona Frau, is a historic armchair inspired by the 128 model, which entered the Renzo Frau catalog starting from 1919 and which incorporated the opulent characteristics of the rococo bergère. The design of the backrest is obtained with manual capitonnée work on a seasoned beech supporting structure.
The structure presents the large ears of the backrest and the wide curling armrests finished in pleats, with the plate holder arm in brass and saucer in walnut.
Rhombus label in gilded metal on the lower rear part of the backrest bearing the details of the armchair and the number of the copy (n. 3066).
At the bottom, label of the Poltrona Frau manufacture with serial number.
