Extendable Strip Table
Oval table with folding sides and extensions,
Piedmont, Italy second half of the 1800s
The table, in brown walnut wood, has side crescents
which can be folded allowing for a
significant space saving when not in use.
If necessary then, thanks to the insertion of the extensions,
it can accommodate up to 10 people.
Six solid turned legs make it very solid and stable even when fully open.
The measurements indicated are when closed, with both straps raised the oval measures 130 x 113 cm
Two 46 cm extension leaves can be inserted
which bring the table to 205 cm in total length
Restored and shellac polished with a wax finish
