Silver vermeil chalice. Silver 1st title 950/1000. French work around 1890 by the goldsmith DUPONT & FILS. The base is enhanced with an enamelled cross and also with a garland of applied foliage. High quality work mixing matt vermeil and shiny vermeil. The two bands hosting the applied foliage are in white silver. The vermeil is in superb condition (inside and outside). Presence of a dedication for communion inside the foot. Height: 21.5 cm Weight: 362 gr Good condition 19th.
