Rare Caned Office Chair Jacob & Josef Kohn Vienna

Office chair by the Austrian manufacturer Jacob & Joseph Kohn Manufactured at the very end of the 19th century, it is made of curved wood in the style of Thonet. All the wooden part completely original and in very good condition, with of course traces of wear, witnesses of the adventures lived during all these years. The caning has just been completely refurbished by a craftsman, in order to restore it to its full glory. The screw system allowing height adjustment is also original. The wear created by time has given it a little bit of play, but it is of course still usable! It is therefore adjustable by more or less 20 centimeters.
