Silvered bronze sculpture representing naked Venus standing on a rock. She holds a jug in her right hand. Bearing the stamp of the VAL D'OSNE* PARIS art and bronze foundry 58 boulevard voltaire. In very good shape. The Val d'Osne art foundry, located in Val d'Osne, is a French art foundry, created in 1836 by Jean-Pierre-Victor André. They quickly became the most important production of cast iron in France, until the beginning of the 20th century. Their activity ceased in 1986.
