"Flat Desk Louis XV Period"
Flat desk in rosewood veneer inlaid on all sides with herringbone pattern on the drawers and sides. Curved on all sides, it opens with three belt drawers and rests on arched feet. Trim of gilded bronzes and original locks. The tray surrounded by an ingot mold and spandrels in gilded bronze trimmed with gilded leather with small irons. Stamped D. GENTY (Denis Genty) Master in 1754 Louis XV period, 18th century
