Louis XV Copper Measure With The Royal Arms Of France For The Navy In Toulon, Dated 1734
Round copper measure engraved with the royal arms of France on one side, on the other with the arms of the city of Paris, marked "Envoyé par la Ville (de Paris) à Toulon / Pour le service de la Marine". The upper edge engraved with the inscription: "Quart de pinte étallonné sur la matrice étant à l'hostel de ville de Paris le 10 mars 1734".
