"André Maillefert Red Leather Mirror"
20th century mirror, dating from the 50s/60s, high quality, red leather covering on the outline and on the front, adorned with studs with stylized decoration. Fire stamp on the back of the oak mirror representing a salamander - This is the stamp of André Mailfert. André Mailfert is a recognized French industrialist, cabinetmaker, painter, writer, who created in Orléans in 1904 a company manufacturing fake antique furniture and his label was taken over in 1935 by the Amos family. It can be in the direction of the height or the direction of the length.
