Il s\u2019agira de la premi\u00e8re exposition enti\u00e8rement consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 ce th\u00e8me pour cette p\u00e9riode, qui fera \u00e9cho au r\u00e9cent classement du repas gastronomique fran\u00e7ais au patrimoine mondial de l\u2019Unesco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 14pt;\">L<\/span>ivres de cuisine, tableaux, orf\u00e8vrerie, \u00e9maux, vaisselle de table et d\u2019office, mobilier\u2026 illustreront \u00e0 la fois le contenu des repas, l\u2019architecture des cuisines, les mani\u00e8res de table et le spectacle des banquets. Ce sera l\u2019occasion d\u2019entrer dans l\u2019intimit\u00e9 d\u2019 une \u00e9poque domin\u00e9e par le renouveau de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise aristocratique sous le signe du sucr\u00e9, du raffinement des mani\u00e8res de table et de la mise en sc\u00e8ne du repas royal. L\u2019exposition pr\u00e9sentera des \u0153uvres majeures et souvent in\u00e9dites gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une sc\u00e9nographie riche en questionnements.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Plusieurs grands th\u00e8mes \u00e0 ce jour largement inexplor\u00e9s seront abord\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0l\u2019histoire de la fourchette\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les produits d\u2019Am\u00e9rique\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le mythe des cuisiniers de Catherine de M\u00e9dicis\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>les diff\u00e9rentes vaisselles d\u2019usage, d\u2019apparat, d\u2019office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 14pt;\">C<\/span>es r\u00e9flexions, qui sont d\u2019actualit\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents programmes de recherche, seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans un catalogue.
