{"id":3129,"date":"2015-03-14T09:33:54","date_gmt":"2015-03-14T08:33:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.proantic.com\/magazine\/?p=3129"},"modified":"2017-12-15T11:20:09","modified_gmt":"2017-12-15T10:20:09","slug":"%ef%bb%bflacademie-royale-de-peinture-et-de-sculpture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.proantic.com\/magazine\/%ef%bb%bflacademie-royale-de-peinture-et-de-sculpture\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019Acad\u00e9mie Royale de peinture et de sculpture"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>L&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie royale de peinture et de sculpture fut une institution d\u2019\u00c9tat charg\u00e9e de r\u00e9guler et d\u2019enseigner la Peinture et la sculpture en France durant l&rsquo;Ancien R\u00e9gime.<\/strong> \u00a0Cr\u00e9e en\u00a0\u00a01648, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instigation du peintre Charles le Brun, l&rsquo;acad\u00e9mie royale de peinture et de sculpture est institu\u00e9e , sous la protection de Mazarin.\u00a0Elle acquiert une r\u00e9elle importance lorsque que Colbert en est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 vice-protecteur en 1663. \u00a0Organis\u00e9e selon une hi\u00e9rarchie tr\u00e8s stricte, directeur, chancelier, recteur, professeurs, acad\u00e9miciens, membres agr\u00e9\u00e9s\u00a0, l&rsquo;acad\u00e9mie royale va rapidement exercer un v\u00e9ritable monopole sur les arts. Les artistes qui n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas membres furent contraints de s&rsquo;y pr\u00e9senter. En 1663,\u00a0Charles Le Brun en devient le directeur et est nomm\u00e9 chancelier \u00e0 vie..\u00a0L\u2019Acad\u00e9mie \u00e9tait administr\u00e9e par un directeur choisi parmi ses membres. C\u2019\u00e9tait souvent le peintre favori du Roi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le r\u00e8gne de Louis XIV est marqu\u00e9 par une centralisation de toutes les formes de cr\u00e9ation artistique et intellectuelle au service du prince. Une grande importance \u00e9tait \u00e9galement accord\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement de l\u2019histoire, de la litt\u00e9rature, de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie, de la perspective et de l\u2019anatomie.<\/p>\n<p>l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie royale de Peinture et de Sculpture a privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tude du dessin d\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019antique et le mod\u00e8le vivant pour \u00e9tayer sa m\u00e9thode p\u00e9dagogique et sa doctrine artistique. La nature \u00e9tait \u00e9tudi\u00e9e directement pour en observer les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qu\u2019elle pr\u00e9sentait aux hommes.
