Sumptuous tea and coffee service from the Art Deco period in solid silver and Macassar ebony made by Delheid frères in Brussels. It bears their master silversmith's hallmark and the Belgian guarantee hallmark A800. Designed in the purest modernist style, it bears witness to the most appreciated and interesting artistic period of the Delheid workshops , which werefounded in 1828 by Michel Delheid and whose family continued to work as goldsmiths until 1980. Both the solid silver as the Macassar ebony handles are in an exceptional state of preservation. The set weighs 4480 grams.
