"Chinese Throne With Dragons In Red Lacquer And Nineteenth Gilding"
Superb and rare late 19th century Chinese throne in lacquered and gilded wood. It rests on a turned base, the lower part is adorned with a fretwork sculpture of dragon heads, above is a decoration of openwork foliage on which the seat rests. The armrests are composed of panels decorated with dragons and foliage finished with dragon heads. The openwork high backrest is also heavily worked and decorated with a dragon's head and a coat of arms. Superb work of very high quality and great finesse, very decorative and in perfect condition
