Small Cooler In Solid Oak - 1940

This solid oak cooler has a lid on top fitted with a recessed handle and hinges. These elements are made of brass and authentic. Inside, we discover a large capacity container clad in zinc. Part of this compartment is designed to house an ice pack to ensure the freshness of food and drinks. The bottom of the cabinet offers a completely insulated zinc space, fitted with a removable glass shelf. It is accessed using a door whose clasp and two knobs that allow opening are made of brass and original. Once the openings are in the closed position, the interior of this furniture becomes fully insulated, allowing optimal conservation of its container. The front of this cooler is adorned with an advertising lithograph by Henry Paton, whose creations are now recognized and exhibited. The sides are soberly composed of two applied panels. We can continue to use this beautifully restored cooler, or make any other use of it of your choice.
