"Indochina Statue"
We present this spectacular Asian statue, more precisely Indochinese, it represents a bearded man with a child with a basket and two fish, it is therefore a fisherman. It is made of exotic wood (a variety of mahogany), but it is very heavy. The eyes of the fish are made of sulfide glass. At one time it was mounted as a lamp post, that's why we find a hole on the head of the fish at the back. Superb quality of execution. (E)
