Mastery For Dinandier, 18th Century: Tiny Coquemar flag

Object description :

"Mastery For Dinandier, 18th Century: Tiny Coquemar"
A very small copper jug model, in a so-called Swiss or Jura shape, on 3 high wrought iron legs, with side handle,  push-button lid,  iron suspension handle.
Coquemar was placed directly in the hearth to heat or maintain a hot liquid.
This very small model is a school or mastery work, like what we asked each years end to apprentices, companions. The realization of this small size doubles the difficulty of this work, mounted hammer,  dovetailed, you will appreciate I believe balance of shape, elegance of high forged feet mounted in riveted shield.
Pretty little work, marked on bottom: Ti. 18 or early 19th century.
Discovery condition, slightly dented...
Dimensions: 15.5cm x 10.5cm. Take a good look at our photos.....
