Rare small baluster-shaped vase in soapy opaline and chiseled gilded bronze. Square-shaped bronze base decorated with palm leaves, chased bronze neck, handles decorated with scrolling foliage and two heads of the Goddess Athena. Rare object, of very good quality and very decorative. Good condition, to report two small chips and an old weld to one of the handles (see photos). Period XIXth Charles X circa 1820.
