Very beautiful bronze sculpture with brown patina representing a young girl playing with ossicles after an ancient sculpture identified as Julie, daughter of Titus, discovered at Vigna Giustiniani in 1732, now kept in Berlin (Staatliche Pergamon-Museum, Inv SK 494 ). Our bronze proof is of very good quality with unusual dimensions. The details are fine and precise. Signature of Barbedienne Fondeur on the terrace and Collas mechanical reduction stamp.
