Lovely and extremely raretazza on a central foot with the hallmarks of the city of The Hague, capital of the Netherlands, for the year 1718. In the center of this beautiful object are engraved the coat of arms of Baron Jacob Nicolaas van den Steen (1695-1777), Lord of Ommeren and Wadesteyn, and his noble spouse Baroness Françoise van Eck van Panthaleon (1703-1778). This gentleman was in his time mayor of Thiel and treasurer of the principality of Gelre. It weighs 698 grams.
