Exceptional Series of 4 Bergeres in Beige and Golden Lacquered Wood, Stamped the 4: JACOB FRERES RUE MESLEE (1796-1803) DIRECTORY / CONSULATE period. They are covered with a Sky Blue Silk Lampas printed with Gold Patterns. JACOB FRERES / RUE MESLEE (on two lines), is the stamp used from 1796 to 1803, by the brothers Georges II Jacob (1768-1803) and François Honoré Georges Jacob-Desmalter (1770-1841) (Société Jacob Frères).
