It comprises: a horizontal diptych dial with meridian thread. another dial on the upper part of the lid with a location to position a rod forming a gnomon (present) revolving on one of the sides. a universal calendar under the lid. The inclination of the cover according to the latitude is indexed by a folding rod on the right side. Dimensions: 51 by 48 mm, accident to the protective glass of the compass needle. Late 17th century
