Beautiful suite of four matt and shiny silver vermeil rectangular salt cellars, base surmounted by a gadrooned glass receptacle supported by a fluted mold supported by four ball feet. Very good condition Length: 7.5 cm Width: 5 cm Height: 6.5 cm Work from the first half of the 19th century around 1840 Neck brace hallmark: Master goldsmith Auguste COURTOIS The small lozenge hallmark is composed of a nacelle above the initials AC and a dot below. This goldsmith practiced at 60, rue du Temple in Paris. Indictment on January 8, 1834.
