"Eudiometer Tube"
Glass tube whose ends are brass mounts. Inside the tube a corrugated iron rod ends in a brass ball it is a few millimeters from a red ball at the other end. Connected to a Leyden jar and immersed in a mercury or water tank, this tube made it possible to determine the percentage by volume of dioxygen in atmospheric air. Didactic device used in physics-chemistry cabinets, uncommon. Good condition on its original wooden base.
