Handheld Stereoscope With 20 Stereoscopic Views

Folding stereoscope made of black painted sheet metal, advertising model presented by the firm Kabelwerke Brugg AG, inscription on the bottom "Original-Indupor / Made in Germany".
With a series of 20 stereoscopic silver prints (format 9 x 12.8 cm) presenting the factory of the Swiss industrial group Brugg Group AG (formerly Kabelwerke Brugg AG Holding).
The group was founded in 1864 in Herisau, near the Brugg railway station. Under the management of Walter Dübi, Kabelwerke Brugg developed into an industrial enterprise between 1911 and 1945. The company mainly produced metal and plastic cables for power distribution, telecommunications and mountain railways.
The black and white pictures are captioned in German and numbered in white in the negative, they show different views of the factory, the production machines and the different types of cables, often with employees at work.
