"Mahogany Commode Louis XVI Period"

Chest of drawers in solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. It opens with five molded drawers in three rows. Rounded uprights carved with grooves. Tapered feet. Turquin blue marble top (repaired) surrounded by a gilt brass gallery. Stamped E.AVRIL (Etienne Avril). Master in 1774, and hallmark of jurande. Louis XVI period, 18th century
