Rare pair of candlesticks or tripod candlesticks in patinated chased bronze. Neoclassical decor, antique-style women wearing a crescent moon, holding a laurel wreath and a torch, palm leaves and foliage. Central shaft mounted on three clawed hocks on a triangular base with rounded edges. Candlesticks heavy in weight, of very high quality and very decorative (rare model). Good condition, very nice patina of time, small patina wear on the base, missing a thread and a nut under a base. Period XIXth circa 1820. Dimensions: - height: 27.5 cm. - base diameter: 11.5 cm.
