Steel and brass
Total length 110cm - Blade length : 93cm
Brass mounting, three-pronged guard stamped "85", short-tailed cap, stamped "B" under quillon, completed with three punches on one branch; wooden handle covered with brass watermarked calf.
Slightly curved blade, flat, with rush back engraved "Manufacture Royale du Klingenthal November 1821", stamped 13; stamped "L" by F.L. Lobstein, "B" within a ring wreath by the controller first class J.G. Bick, and "B" under star framed with laurel leaves by J.J.C. Bureau.
Steel scabbard with two rings of bélières, of which one is stamped: 157, then 180 and a 337 striped.
Very good condition.
