Rare. Designed on the model by Lemire the elder and engraved by
Noël François Bertrand (1785 - 1852)
Bertrand took part and exhibited his work in the Paris Salon from 1812 to 1836 (see : Benezit dictionary of painters, drawers, sculptors...Gründ Paris 1999)
Empire Period.
Enhanced with watercolours and arabic gum at the time.
