Large pewter MILK JUG called "Dourne", baluster shape with pedestal, cylindrical groove with quarter-round groove, vertical semi-circular handle and bird's head weir. It has a hinged cover.Marking by Jean-Frédéric AUSTER received as a master shortly before 1800:
1 ° - oak branch / FIN.
2 ° - female character / FIN / AUSTER / LYON.
Height: 42.5 cm.
