Stylus pierces mesh, mercy, epoque XVIII °. Short thrust blade, with a median ridge, of the mesh piercing type, mercy, was used as its name suggests to pierce mesh rib tunics. The mesh piercer could also occasionally be used as a cutting weapon although its primary function was that of a thrusting weapon. Grooved ball pommel, neck engraved with an X mark, quillon shield with double X marking. Thin quillon with a wolf-like head on one side and a point on the other.
