"Watercolor - Gottfried Mind"
Unsigned watercolor by the Swiss painter Gottfried Mind (1768-1814) "the pretty loveseat" annotated on the back 1812. This work is to be compared to the interior scene from the Gugelmann Collection (Swiss National Library). Mind was a pupil of Freudenberger. The Ariana Museum in Geneva and the Neuchâtel Museum keep drawings and watercolors by this artist.
