Apparat armchair in carved and gilded wood Stamped Georges JACOB from the 18th Consulate Period. Curved and molded square backrest, armrests with cuffs mounted in a cylinder ending in a flowerette that can be found on the belt. Turned armrests carved with lotus flowers and wreaths. It rests on saber feet at the back, and at the front on feet sculpted with water leaves at their base and at the level of the belt. The armchair is covered with an elegant blue silk enhanced with floral frieze braid, old-fashioned upholstery in perfect condition. We can see an old trace of a crown iron on the rear cross member that we wanted to erase by planing it, which does not allow us to identify its origin. The G.
