Two-door cabinet, opening onto a central shelf, in blackened oak wood. Decor of two ceramic plaques representing two richly dressed women, one carrying a tray of food, the other a parrot, a dog at his feet. Signed CBörner lower right on each. Beautiful bronze applications, two drawers dressed in red tortoiseshell. Crack on the right plate, restorable. France, Napoleon III period, circa 1860
