Created by the German manufacturer Carstens Tönnieshof and made in Austria in the 1960s, this model is inspired by the Japanese Wabi-sabi trend. Wabi-sabi connects two principles: wabi (loneliness, simplicity, melancholy, nature, sadness, dissymmetry ...) and sabi (deterioration by time, the decrepitude of aging things, the patina of objects, the taste for aged things , for dirt, etc.).The wabi refers to the plenitude and modesty that one can experience in the face of natural phenomena, and the sabi, the sensation in front of things in which one can detect the work of time or of men.
This model is in perfect condition and measures 35 cm high with a diameter of 15 cm.
