The forged bowl with rolled edge, taken again by the lathe, rests on 3 wrought iron legs with rolled up and winding. Ashtray grid formed from a sheet of iron with four punctures split with a chisel. Turned wood handle, on a through tang with riveted legs. Commonly called “tripe heater” in NORMANDY, this utensil cannot however claim to have a monopoly on this Caen gastronomic specialty.
