"Column Candlestick Small Model"
A rare small model of a Renaissance brass "pillar" or "column" candlestick with a truncating flaring column arising from a small discoid knob which is placed immediately above the "lidded goblet", standing on a wide flat base with slightly raised edge. The socket candleholder with a single circular aperture.

France. Renaissance. Epoque Henri IV. Late 16th / early 17th century.
