Clara Löfgren was a Swedish painter, mainly known as a portrait painter, but also painted genre paintings.
Löfgren studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm 1870–75. Her works include portraits of Princess Eugénie, Crown Prince Gustaf, Prince Oscar Bernadotte, Bishop Adam Theodor Strömberg, singer Elma Billing.
Paintings by Clara Löfgrens were exhibited on two occasions at the salon in Paris. Löfgren is represented at the National Museum in Stockholm.
