Extremely rare fixed under glass by Mathilde Lehaut 1816/1880 signed and dated 1845. The artist who exhibited regularly at the salon was specialized in miniatures and fixed, it was appreciated at the court of Napoleon III and Eugenie which she produced the portraits. This set, possibly made in Italy, shows a country scene of great delicacy involving a mother and her daughter in the picking of fruits and flowers. It is in exceptional condition. Superb original setting. Photos may have reflections on the glass affecting their quality. Dimensions of the fixed at sight: 27.5 x 23 cm with the frame: 50 x 40 cm
